Courtyard Music Series: anitakeys

anitakeys, a melodic, poetic keyboard player/singer/songwriter, performed all around Cleveland in cover bands for more than 20 years- in RUMOR HAZIT, TYMZ UP, SHOOTER, OFF THE RECORD, THE BAND INTENSE, and BEATLES JUICE- from Shooters on the Water, Rumrunners, Biggies and The Basement- as well as at Riverfest- in the Flats to The Round House in Put-in-Bay, before embarking on a solo career, performing at THE BARKING SPIDER TAVERN, BROTHERS WINE BAR, VINE AND BEAN CAFE, ARTS COLLINWOOD CAFE and WILBERTS.

 anitakeys is currently performing as anitakeys and friends with (ReverbNation Musicians) Ryann Anderson on bass, Lorne Franklin on percussion, Quinn Sands on backup vocals and- at Barking Spider Tavern shows- Matt Harmon on guitar. anitakeys and friends were selected to perform at Ingenuity Festival 2012 in September, performing outside in the sunshine beside lovely Lake Erie in downtown Cleveland. anita, Ryann and Lorne are in the process of recording anita's original songs from 2012, the first of which, butterflies, has just been completed.
