Franklin A. Stump, MD, MBA was born and raised in Cleveland. Moved out of Tremont at 3 but remained in Cleveland. Central Catholic graduate 97. Played football and B.S. in Bio/Chem at Baldwin-Wallace from 2001. MBA in Healthcare Administration from Baldwin-Wallace 2021.  U of Cincinnati college of medicine graduate 2006. Army psychiatrist for 9 years in Hawaii, Georgia, Kuwait, and Colorado. Currently does tele-health work with the VA.
